Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mabelinda Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  • Return window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return, please contact us and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

  • Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale — Clearance Items
  • Gift cards 
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items 
  • Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, you may return your original item and place a new order.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
